What Do You Do Here?

Beliefs are just thoughts we’ve told ourselves over and over until they become our reality.

That can be good, like when we tell ourselves we CAN run that marathon or start that business.

Or they can be negative and limiting: “This is too difficult for me.”

Beliefs are very powerful, so we need to tell ourselves beliefs that serve us.
